We are from out of the state of Montana and live in Utah. We talked with numerous people during our searches of properties in Montana. Our bank lender was less then friendly or helpful person. The beginning of this whole process for me and my husband was stressful and overwelming. We weren't getting any advice or guidance from our banker, just continuous road blocks. I saw a listing online and Barb was the realtor for the listing. A few days later we met with her. The first day sitting with her our stress and confusion was elminated. She explained to us what our home loan entailed and actually help us get a new bank lender !!
